Field and Farm After-School Program
Field & Farm After School Programs
Supplement your child's education by learning the duties of a working farm, discovering nature, documenting the changing of seasons, and engaging in creative outdoor play with a small group of kids. Between the gardens and chickens of the Phineas Wright House and neighboring Hythe Farm's 40+ head of Shetland Sheep there is much to learn and discover. Each session includes farm chores, exploration, discovery, and instruction about the flora, fauna, and creatures inhabiting this beautiful space we call home.
The next session will run for 6 weeks on Tuesday's or Thursday's
Tuesdays: January 5,12,19,26, February 2, and 9 from 1:00 - 4:00
Cost $360
Thursdays: January 7,14,21,28, February 4, and 11 from 1:00 - 4:00
Cost: $360
Field and farm is held outdoors unless weather conditions invite us into the (200 year old, dreamy, but unheated) barn so please dress accordingly. Restroom is located inside the house; strict disinfecting protocol is in place.
Groups are limited to 10 kids and masks are required.
