Social Events & Creative Workshops
$300/hour (up to 4 hours)
Rental includes exclusive use of the property and barn during your event. Handcrafted, reclaimed barnwood tables with mismatched wooden chairs (inside the barn only). Off-street field parking. Assistance curating additional vendors, if needed. For up to 20 people.
Retreats & Elopements
starting at $5000
Rental includes a 2-night Farm Stay for up to 4 guests. Exclusive use of the property, house, and barn. Handcrafted, reclaimed barnwood tables with mismatched wooden chairs (inside the barn only). Off-street field parking. Catered lunch *retreats only. Expert planning assistance. Assistance in gathering additional vendors as needed (caterer, bartender, tent, event rentals, florists, photographer, and entertainment). For up to 20 people.

Photography & Cinematography
$200/hour (2-hour minimum)
The house, barn, surrounding gardens & fields are available to photographers year-round. Holiday mini-sessions, newborn, family, and senior pictures, content collecting shoots, or any fabulous idea you have to photograph… you can assume the YES! I celebrate your creativity and I can’t wait to see what you capture here.
